With public weighbridges, 24/7 metal drop-off centres and our regular collection services, Action Metal Recyclers and Action Tyre Recyclers provide clean and convenient recycling services to consumers and business centres throughout the South East Qld region.

Our Coopers Plain, Logan City, Toowoomba and Warwick metal recycling yards all have on-site public weighbridges available for your use six days a week with certified weight certificates issued on request. Cash and approved cheque payments are available across all our metal recycling services.

ERA Approval Certificates

Action Metal Recyclers hold the relevant ERA Approval Certificates for our locations to operate, including:

• ERA 20 Metal Recovery Threshold 1 – recovering metal by operating a scrap metal yard or a facility for dismantling automotive or mechanical equipment, including debonding brake or clutch components
• ERA 56 Regulated Waste Storage Threshold 2 – operating a facility for receiving and storing regulated waste other than tyres
• ERA 57 Regulated Waste Transport Threshold 2 – transporting on a commercial basis any quantity of regulated waste in a vehicle (transporting waste, other than tyres in 6-35 vehicles)
